Cooler with low humidity as meteorological fall begins

CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicagoans can expect dangerous waves and rip currents on Lake Michigan through Labor Day.
A small craft advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. Monday, and boaters can expect wind gusts of 25 to 30 mph and waves of 8 to 12 feet.
High pressure will drift toward the Chicago area Sunday night, allowing winds to weaken slightly.
The night will be cool, with some temperatures dipping into the upper 40s in outlying suburbs.
The week will get off to a cool start.
The next rain chance is not until after dark Thursday as the next cold front moves in.
